Do you find yourself in a season where things feel different than they once did?
You are not alone.
Over time, we all gather responsibilities, expectations, and experiences that can add weight to our load. Maybe you're feeling worn down, unsure of how to slow down and rest, or longing for a bit of relief. Wherever you are in this season, there is room to pause, to be supported, and to gently find what comes next.
HELLO!
My name is Julie (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Counseling and wellness are not a one size fits all. I work best with clients who want therapy to feel active, practical, and engaging. While we do talk, sessions often include movement, creative interventions, and experiential exercises designed to help your nervous system settle and your insights turn into real-world change.

My Specialties
Children & Adolescents
Big emotions come like sudden storms, and your child needs support learning how to slow down, feel safe, and express what’s happening inside.
Family
Your family is in a tough season where communication feels strained, reactions happen fast, and you’re looking for steadier ground together.
Individual Adults
You’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you want to change.
Military and First Responders
Your nervous system has been trained to stay alert, and now it’s hard to fully rest or reset after repeated stress or trauma exposure.
Grief
Life feels altered after loss, and you’re learning how to move forward while still honoring what you’ve lost.
Trauma
Past experiences still echo in your nervous system and now it may stay on high alert showing up as reactivity, shutdown, or feeling “on edge” without always knowing why.
